This delicious mocha-flavored decaf is a blend of coffee from the smallholders of Caldas, Quindío, Risaralda, also known as El Viejo Caldas.

These coffee beans were decaffeinated using a secret weapon – ethyl acetate – which comes from sugar cane, and removes 97% of the caffeine from coffee beans. The result is a sweet, almost candy-like flavor that’s sure to make your taste buds dance.
