We ship anywhere in the continental US via USPS and UPS. There is no minimum order and free shipping starts with any order over $45. We ship priority mail 2 day shipping with $100 insurance included.

Our delivery day is Wednesday.We offer local delivery within a 25 mile radius of Kalama for an additional fee of $10 per order. If you are outside our delivery area, please contact us and we can work something out. We will notify you once your order is complete to arrange for delivery.

We currently roast two days a week, Tuesdays and Fridays. 

Fresh roasted coffee typically hits it’s “sweet spot” in 4-6 days, but is perfectly fine to drink 4 hours after roasting. Why 4-6 days? Great question! Fresh roasted coffee off gasses carbon dioxide, which is why your coffee comes in a bag with a one way valve. If it didn’t, the bag would swell up like a balloon. You can tell just how fresh you coffee is by how much it “blooms” when brewing. This is easiest to see when you do a french press or pour over.

Although the coffee will generally not reach it’s full potential for 4-6 days (depends on the coffee, sometimes it’s longer than that!), we enjoy tasting it each day and noting the differences in the flavor profile as it develops. We will let you be the judge!

You place the order, we roast it! Our roasting days are Tuesday and Friday. Your order will be roasted on the next available roasting day once you place your order. We want you to have the freshest coffee available, which is why we make sure to put the roast date on each and every bag.

Yes! We are able to supply your coffee needs if you are catering an event. We do not supply the equipment, but we can supply you with the amazing, freshly roasted specialty coffee for your event!

Whether it is a family reunion, get together, wedding….we can supply your needs!

We can do that, too! Whether you need a bag a month or 3 every two weeks we can get you set so that you never wake up to an empty coffee container!

We also have the ability to alter your order as needed. Have family coming over and need an extra bag or two? Just let us know and we will take care of it for you. Once your card is on file you never have to worry about running out again. You will receive an invoice each time your card is charged so you never have to wonder what that charge is for!

Do you supply coffee for your employees at work? We can supply your coffee for you, whether it is whole bean, ground, or even K Pods. There is no reason to waste money on coffee that no one wants to drink!
