This coffee is milled in Santa Marta, Magdalena by the producers in the cooperative Coogracol. These producers are constantly improving their farming techniques with a focus on quality and consistent high quality coffees.
This coffee was put in tanks for 30-40 hours to ferment and then sun-dried.
